A-Team
Our team uses our gift of administration to support Union Grove teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details
Age: 18+, Background Check
Baptism Team
Our team prepares for and hosts the Union Grove baptism experience.
Bible Fellowship Leader
Our team prepares messages to deliver to a small group of people for the purpose of discipling believers as well as providing community for the group of people under our leadership.
Events Team
Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by setting up decorations and facilitating the necessary resources for the event.
Facilities Team
Our team works behind the scenes to maintain and support every area of our church, including facility, landscaping, and special events.
Greeter Team
Our team welcomes people to Union Grove at the entrances of the worship center.
Grove Kids Team
Our team invests in the lives of children and seeks to make an eternal difference through age-appropriate Biblical teaching, engaging worship, active games, and intentional mentoring.
Grove Nursery Team
Our team cares for children through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities, and personal interactions.
Grove Students Team
Our team serves as godly examples to teenagers by teaching, discipling, and equipping young people to be kingdom workers. They lead small groups, go to camps, and facilitate our weekly students gathering.
Kids Check-In Team
Our team facilitates the check-in process to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
Legacy Team
Our team uses our gift of giving to support major projects and facilitate the overall vision of the church through strategic financial offerings
Outreach Team
Our team facilitates serving opportunities through serve projects and other outreach expressions locally and globally.
Parking Team
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Union Grove by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Prayer Team
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams, and ministries at Union Grove.
Production Team
Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using sound, lights, cameras, and other elements.
Safety & Security Team
Our team of safety and healthcare professionals serve by providing basic safety and medical attention in the event of an accident or emergency.
Small Group Leader
We are trained to facilitate discussion, build community, encourage discipleship, and provide care for a small group of people.
Starting Point Host
Our team serves as hosts of Starting Point, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Union Grove.
Usher Team
Our team of men assists people to their seats and facilitates the offering.
Welcome Center Team
Our team makes the guest experience a positive one by greeting people, delivering the free gift to them, and engaging in conversation.
Worship Team
Our team facilitates opportunities for people to experience and know God. This happens as we create powerful worship experiences through singing, playing instruments, and more.
